Wine dinner - Château Talbot

Talbot is one of the oldest estates in the Médoc; its glory has never been overshadowed. It has had the good fortune to pass through time in capable hands. The Bignon-Cordier family is today at the head of the Château, Fourth Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Julien. In 2018, the Cordier family celebrated their 100th anniversary at the head of this iconic estate and are already looking forward to seeing the fifth generation take over.
Château Talbot extends over 107 hectares of vines, with a large majority of red vines, representing 102 hectares, and a confidential area of white vines, 5 hectares, located in the prestigious commune of Saint-Julien, which includes no less than 11 classified growths. Château Talbot embodies for many the ideal of Saint-Julien, generously aromatic, very stable and safe to age. This does not prevent it, even in its very first youth, from being pleasant and round, always marked by silky and smooth, very civilized tannins. Classic and elegant wines that will be presented to you by Gustave Bignon and Jean Michel Laporte
