Wine tasting dinner

Event delayed to a posterior date, we will inform you of the next date soon.
Passionate horse-lover and outstanding rider, Francis Egly holds the reins of a 12-hectare vineyard built by his family from massal selections.
His grandfather Charles, a meticulous nurseryman, started with 3 hectares of Grand Cru vines in Ambonnay that successive generations have managed to preserve and gradually expand.
He now has a fine Grand Cru and Premier Cru heritage, including the Les Crayères plot with its magnificent 60-year-old vines. Nicknamed the "King of Pinot Noir", Francis draws his inspiration from Burgundy where "Coche-Dury and Dominique Laurent are guides".
His wines are vinified and matured in barrels with the same fullness and complexity, with the addition of fine bubbles. These virtues added to the great regularity of the wines make it one of the most sought-after champagne houses
by connoisseurs.
In the presence of Francis Egly, owner.
